Greek Chicken Bowl
Quick and simple recipe but full of flavor. It is also a different and delicious way to consume legumes.

INGREDIENTS
- 250g chicken breast.
- 300-400g cooked chickpeas.
- Spices: ras el hanout.
- 1 small cucumber.
- 1 tomato.
- 1 Greek yogurt Mint.
PREPARATION
- Cut the chicken into strips. Salt the chicken and add the ras el hanout spices. Sauté chicken in a skillet until cooked through. Booking.
- For the sauce: finely chop the mint leaves and mix with the Greek yogurt. Booking.
- Chop the cucumber and tomato.
- Wash the chickpeas well and mix them together with the chopped vegetables. Add salt and a splash of olive oil.
- Add the chicken and yogurt sauce. Mix well.
