Tuna Lasagna

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 1 carrot.
- 1/2 onion.
- 1/3 red pepper.
- 1/3 green pepper.
- 1/2 zucchini.
- 135g canned or fresh tuna or bonito.
- 270g crushed or fried tomato.
- Grated cheese.
- Spices: oregano, basil and black pepper.
PREPARATION
- Cut all the vegetables into small cubes.
- In a frying pan, sauté the garlic for a few minutes and then add the onion.
- Add the carrot and sauté for about 10 minutes.
- Add the peppers and sauté.
- Drain the cans of tuna and add them to the sautéed vegetables.
- Add the tomato and sauté for a few more minutes. Add the spices and set aside.
- Cut a zucchini in half and cut it into very thin slices with a peeler or knife. They have to simulate lasagna plates.
- Build the lasagna: a layer of zucchini, another of filling, one of zucchini, another of filling...
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake at 175º for 25-30 minutes.
- Gratin for 3 more minutes.
