
Bean Brownie
If you want to enjoy a healthy dessert, here is a finger-licking recipe. It is also suitable for vegans as it does not contain any ingredients of animal origin.

Preparation time: 40 minutes

INGREDIENTS
- 250g beans.
- 100g chocolate 85%.
- 60g coconut oil.
- 25g pure cocoa.
- 25g whole wheat flour.
- 25g almond flour.
- 150ml vegetable drink.
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
- 1 teaspoon yeast.
- vanilla essence.
- a pinch of salt.
- a handful of walnuts.
- Sweetener to taste: I used about 70g of erythritol.
PREPARATION
- No egg: mix the chia seeds with the vegetable drink. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil in the microwave at 30 second intervals (so the chocolate doesn't burn).
- In a blender, mix the beans, pure cocoa, vegetable drink, flours, yeast, vanilla essence, sweetener, non-egg (the mixture of vegetable drink and chia seeds) and the chocolate mixture. and oil previously melted.
- Beat until you obtain a homogeneous mass.
- Add the chopped walnuts.
- Take the dough to a greased mold.
- Bake at 185ºC for 35 minutes.
