Chia Coconut and Mango Pudding

Preparation time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
  • 100 ml canned coconut milk.
  • 1 teaspoon coconut chips.
  • 1/2 mango (you can use the fruit you like the most).
  • 1 lime.
  • Peppermint or mint.

PREPARATION

  1. In a glass jar, mix the chia seeds together with the coconut milk and the shavings.
  2. Reserve in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, until the seeds are hydrated.
  3. In a blender glass, blend the mango with a little lime zest.
  4. Assemble the glass: first add the chia mixture and then the crushed mango.
  5. You can add some mint or peppermint leaves to give it a fresh touch.
