Chocolate mousse

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Rations: 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 avocado.
  • 3 tablespoons of pure cocoa.
  • 1/2 can of coconut milk.
  • A splash of vegetable drink.
  • 5 dates or honey.
  • 50 ml aquafaba (the liquid from chickpeas).

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender glass, blend all the ingredients well, except the aquafaba.
  2. Beat the aquafaba with electric whisks in a large bowl. It should have the same texture as stiff egg whites.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the chocolate mixture with the aquafaba with enveloping movements. Add the aquafaba in parts: add a little, mix well, add a little again, mix... and so on until both masses are completely mixed.
  4. Place your mousse in individual glasses and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
