Chocolate mousse

INGREDIENTS
- 1 avocado.
- 3 tablespoons of pure cocoa.
- 1/2 can of coconut milk.
- A splash of vegetable drink.
- 5 dates or honey.
- 50 ml aquafaba (the liquid from chickpeas).
PREPARATION
- In a blender glass, blend all the ingredients well, except the aquafaba.
- Beat the aquafaba with electric whisks in a large bowl. It should have the same texture as stiff egg whites.
- In a large bowl, mix the chocolate mixture with the aquafaba with enveloping movements. Add the aquafaba in parts: add a little, mix well, add a little again, mix... and so on until both masses are completely mixed.
- Place your mousse in individual glasses and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
