Greek Chicken Bowl

Quick and simple recipe but full of flavor. It is also a different and delicious way to consume legumes.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Rations: 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g chicken breast.
  • 300-400g cooked chickpeas.
  • Spices: ras el hanout.
  • 1 small cucumber.
  • 1 tomato.
  • 1 Greek yogurt Mint.

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the chicken into strips. Salt the chicken and add the ras el hanout spices. Sauté chicken in a skillet until cooked through. Booking.
  2. For the sauce: finely chop the mint leaves and mix with the Greek yogurt. Booking.
  3. Chop the cucumber and tomato.
  4. Wash the chickpeas well and mix them together with the chopped vegetables. Add salt and a splash of olive oil.
  5. Add the chicken and yogurt sauce. Mix well.
