Matcha Tea Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
- 150g digestive biscuits.
- 50g butter.
- 3 eggs.
- 300g Philadelphia cheese.
- 200 ml. whipping cream.
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon.
- Sweetener to taste.
- 3 tablespoons of My Green Fuel.
- Raspberry jam.
PREPARATION
- Melt the butter and mix with the previously crushed cookies. Transfer to the base of the bolde, flatten well and reserve in the refrigerator.
- Mix all the ingredients. Use some whisks to prevent foam from forming in the dough.
- Divide the mixture into two parts and add My Green Fuel to one of them.
- Assembly: Interplace both mixtures (My Green Fuel and normal) in layers on the cookie base.
- Bake at 185ºC for approximately 30 minutes. When you take it out you will see that the center is still very soft, nothing happens, it will finish cooking outside the oven.
- Temper, add the raspberry jam on top.
