
Meatballs in Wine Sauce
The sauce for these meatballs is a real delight. If you are vegan or vegetarian, you can replace the meat with textured soy, I assure you that they are just as incredible.

Preparation time: 40 minutes

INGREDIENTS
- 700-800 g minced meat.
- 1 onion.
- 1/2 green pepper.
- 1/2 red pepper.
- 2 cds tomato sauce.
- 1/2 glass white wine for cooking.
- 2 glasses approx. vegetable broth.
- 1 bay leaf.
- 1 clove of garlic.
- fresh parsley.
- Chickpea flour or gluten-free.
- 1 egg.
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, mix the minced meat with egg, fresh parsley and finely chopped garlic. Integrates well. Make the shapes of the meatballs and coat them in the flour.
- Sear the meatballs in a frying pan over high heat. Booking.
- Cut your vegetables into small cubes.
- In a frying pan, sauté the onion. When it browns, add the peppers and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce and wine. Let reduce.
- Add the vegetable broth and bay leaf. Let it cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add your meatballs and simmer for 5-10 more minutes. You can add more vegetable broth if the sauce thickens too much.
