Pumpkin Brownie
Do you want to celebrate Halloween and don't know what to cook? With this recipe I am sure that you will surprise all your guests. It has a special ingredient typical of these dates.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs.
- 150g pumpkin.
- 150g 85% chocolate.
- 50g butter.
- 100g almond flour.
- 20g pure cocoa.
- Sweetener to taste: erythritol, stevia...
- a handful of walnuts.
PREPARATION
- Melt the chocolate together with the butter at intervals of 30 seconds (so it doesn't burn). Mix well and set aside.
- Beat the eggs together with the pumpkin (previously baked and crushed) in a separate bowl.
- Add the previous chocolate mixture.
- Add the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa and sweetener).
- Add the chopped walnuts.
- Bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
