INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 onion.
- Pumpkin.
- 2 eggs.
PREPARATION
- In a frying pan, sauté the previously chopped onion for 5 minutes.
- Peel the pumpkin and chop it.
- Add the pumpkin. We let it cook.
- When it is cooked, remove from the pan and set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the pumpkin mixture and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the mixture to a non-stick pan and let it cook.
- Using a plate, turn the tortilla over to cook on both sides.
