Strawberry Gazpacho

INGREDIENTS
- 600g tomato.
- 600g strawberries.
- 1/2 cucumber.
- 1/3 green pepper.
- 25g sherry vinegar.
- 50g EVOO.
- Salt to taste.
PREPARATION
- Mix all the ingredients and beat them until obtaining a homogeneous result without lumps.
