Toasts with Chickpea Pate

INGREDIENTS
- 1 jar of cooked chickpeas.
- 1 avocado.
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
- One grated carrot.
- 1/2 red pepper.
- Juice of half a lemon.
- Juice of an orange.
- Spices: black pepper, cumin powder, ginger, garlic powder.
- fresh cilantro.
- A splash of olive oil.
- Toasted whole wheat bread.
PREPARATION
- Wash and drain the chickpeas. Mash with the help of a fork.
- Add the avocado and mix it well, crushing it.
- Add the juices, spices, oil, mustard and finely chopped cilantro.
- Add the grated carrot and the red pepper in small squares. Booking.
