Tofu in Mango Sauce
If you don't like tofu, you still don't know how to prepare it well. I leave you one of my favorite recipes, delicious, simple and healthy. It won't let you down.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 blocks of firm tofu.
- 1 handle.
- Soy sauce.
- Lemon or lime juice.
- 1 clove of garlic.
- 1 piece of fresh ginger.
- 3 tablespoons canned coconut milk Curry and turmeric.
- Cayenne pepper (optional).
- Cornstarch.
- Salt.
PREPARATION
- Wrap the tofu in a kitchen towel and press to remove all the liquid inside.
- Cut the tofu into squares and place it on a plate. Add a generous splash of soy sauce.
- Coat the tofu in cornstarch until it is well coated.
- Sauté the tofu in a pan with oil until golden. Booking.
- In a blender glass, add the mango, coconut milk, lemon juice, salt and spices. Beat well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
- Grate the garlic and ginger and fry for a few minutes in the pan.
- Add the mango sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the tofu and sauté for 5 more minutes.
