Vegetable Wok with Chicken and Cashews
Chinese and Asian food is one of my favorites. With this recipe I will try to transport you to their culture so that you can enjoy their most delicious dishes at home.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 onion.
- 1 carrot.
- 1/2 red pepper.
- 1/4 zucchini.
- A piece of broccoli.
- 200g chicken.
- A handful of cashews.
- garlic powder.
- 1 piece of fresh ginger.
- A generous splash of soy sauce.
- 1 splash of lemon juice.
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
PREPARATION
- For the sauce: mix the soy sauce, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a bowl and stir. Booking.
- Cut all the vegetables into thin strips.
- Sauté the vegetables in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken and finely chopped ginger and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the cashews and the sauce we had reserved.
