Vegetable Wok with Chicken and Cashews

Chinese and Asian food is one of my favorites. With this recipe I will try to transport you to their culture so that you can enjoy their most delicious dishes at home.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Rations: 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 onion.
  • 1 carrot.
  • 1/2 red pepper.
  • 1/4 zucchini.
  • A piece of broccoli.
  • 200g chicken.
  • A handful of cashews.
  • garlic powder.
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger.
  • A generous splash of soy sauce.
  • 1 splash of lemon juice.
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.

PREPARATION

  1. For the sauce: mix the soy sauce, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a bowl and stir. Booking.
  2. Cut all the vegetables into thin strips.
  3. Sauté the vegetables in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken and finely chopped ginger and sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cashews and the sauce we had reserved.
