Zucchini and Prawn Scrambled
Do you always have the same dinner because you come home from work tired and out of time? This recipe will not take you more than 10 minutes and it is also a complete dish rich in proteins and vegetables.

INGREDIENTS
- A deep plate of peeled ranges.
- 1/2 zucchini.
- 4 eggs.
- 4 cloves of garlic.
- Parsley.
- Ground black pepper.
PREPARATION
- Chop the garlic well and fry it in the pan with a splash of oil for a few minutes.
- We cut the zucchini and put it in the pan along with the garlic.
- Sauté for about 10 minutes or until tender.
- Add the shrimp and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the egg, add the black pepper and parsley.
- Mix everything well and let it cook for a couple of minutes. If you let the egg not set completely, it will be juicier.
