Healthy Nutella
Do you want to celebrate Halloween and don't know what to cook? With this recipe I am sure that you will surprise all your guests. It has a special ingredient typical of these dates.

INGREDIENTS
- 500g toasted hazelnuts.
- 2 ounces of 85% chocolate.
- 2 tablespoons of pure cocoa.
- Sweetener to taste: dates, erythritol, stevia….
PREPARATION
- Put the hazelnuts in a blender. Beat first with pulses to obtain a kind of flour. Next, beat at intervals of 30 seconds until the mixture is completely liquid and homogeneous.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well until you have a semi-liquid cream.
