
Prawn and Mango Salad
Did you know that the ideal is to consume about 3 pieces of fruit a day? Sometimes it is difficult for us to reach these portions, either due to lack of time, hunger, or because we simply forget. Well, I'm going to give you a trick: add a sweet touch with fruit to your salads and you'll see how you never forget it. By the way, avocado also counts as a fruit!

Preparation time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS
- 8 cooked prawns.
- Canons.
- 1/3 handle.
- Half avocado.
- 1 handful of almonds.
- 3-4 tablespoons of yogurt.
- 2-3 leaves of mint.
- ½ lime.
- Cumin or curry.
- 1 tablespoon of EVOO.
- 3 slices of red onion.
PREPARATION
- Chop the mango and a portion of half an avocado (reserve the remaining portion).
- In a bowl we mix: the lamb's lettuce, the prawns, the chopped mango and avocado and the almonds.
- For the sauce: we beat the yogurt, the leftover portion of avocado that we had.
- reserved, the mint, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the juice of half a lime, cumin and a pinch of salt.
- We finely chop the red onion and add it to our sauce.
- We dress the salad.
