Quick Chickpeas

Don't have time to cook? Don't worry. Sometimes we don't need to complicate our lives to eat delicious and healthy food.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Rations: 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 cloves of garlic.
  • 1 jar of cooked chickpeas.
  • 1 can of fried tomato.
  • Soy sauce.
  • Spices: curry, sweet paprika and black pepper.

PREPARATION

  1. We finely cut the garlic and sauté it in a pan with a splash of oil.
  2. Add the chickpeas and sauté for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add the can of tomato, a splash of soy sauce and the spices.
  4. Cook 5 minutes.

 

Recipevegan,  gluten free,  meal
