Salmon with Orange and Curry Sauce
If the grilled salmon is already delicious, imagine it with this incredible orange and curry sauce that is made in less than 5 minutes. Accompany it with your favorite vegetable, broccoli is incredible.

INGREDIENTS
- salmon fillet.
- 4 -5 tablespoons canned coconut milk.
- The juice of one and a half oranges.
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch.
- Curry.
PREPARATION
- We squeeze the orange and mix the juice with the Cornstarch.
- We put the mixture in the pan over low heat.
- We add the curry and coconut milk. Cook for 5 minutes and remove from the pan. We reserve.
- In the same pan, we cook the grilled salmon with a splash of oil.
- We serve the salmon with our favorite vegetables and the orange and curry sauce on top.
