Vegan Yogurt
Tofu is not only suitable for savory preparations. Here I leave you a sweet one that will surprise you.
Preparation time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 block of tofu (hydrated, which is like fresh cheese).
- 340g raspberries/strawberries/blackberries/blueberries.
- 500ml of vegetable drink.
- 10 dates.
PREPARATION
- Blend all the ingredients until you get yogurt texture.
- Serve a portion and reserve the rest in the refrigerator.
- Serve with nuts, muesli, fruit, seeds….
